Fee Schedule

MEDIATION

SchwammADR Mediation services are billed as follows:

• Two parties: $250 per hour per party

• Three parties: $225 per hour per party

• Four or more parties: $200 per hour per party

There is a four-hour minimum charge for scheduled mediations, conducted by videoconference. There is an eight-hour minimum charge for in-person mediations.

A $125 administrative charge is also applied for case administration. Time spent on preparation, follow-up work, or ongoing settlement discussions is billed at $250 per hour, shared equally among the parties. For billing purposes, a “party” refers to all individuals represented by the same counsel.

Invoices are issued after the mediation and payment is due upon receipt, unless the parties agree otherwise.

Cancellations must be made in writing at least five (5) business days before the scheduled mediation. Cancellations made after that time will result in a $1,500 late cancellation fee, divided equally among the parties.

SETTLEMENT STRATEGY CONSULTATION

Half day session is $3000 (up to 4 hours)

Full day session is $5000 (up to 8 hours)

Travel

There is no charge for travel within Central Florida (Orange County and contiguous counties). Travel outside this area is billed at $250 per hour, shared equally among the parties.
